Tip for using docu tools on a tablet: Each time the docu tools application is synchronized, the user ID, project ID, and start and end times of the process are stored by docu tools GmbH in an internal analytics system for the purpose of understanding and resolving any user issues.

3. Correction, restriction, and deletion of data

docu tools GmbH undertakes to respect the rights of data subjects in accordance with the GDPR. Data provided by the user may be corrected, changed, or deleted at any time at the user's request, provided that this does not conflict with any legal requirements. At the user's request, it is also possible to obtain information about the data stored by docu tools GmbH at any time. To do so, the user must send an email with the relevant request and proof of identity to service@docu-tools.com. The same applies to verbal requests made by telephone. We use the Matomo analytics platform to analyze the behavior of users visiting our website. We operate Matomo ourselves on our own servers to ensure that data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Matomo collects and stores data such as the user's pseudonymized IP address, time of visit, page visited, and browser used. This data is stored for 90 days and then automatically deleted. Due to pseudonymization, it is not possible to identify the user. The collected data is used exclusively to improve our website and is not passed on to third parties.
