The docu tools user interface can be set to different languages in the user settings. Please note that this language setting only affects the user interface and not the content of your projects.

Your data is stored in the cloud at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Frankfurt (Germany) region. This ensures that all data remains within the EU and complies with European data protection guidelines.

docu tools offers four licensing models: Pocket for small teams (15 plans), Combo for growing project requirements (45 plans), Multi for large organizations (150 plans), and Enterprise with customized solutions and unlimited plans. All models include unlimited projects, storage, and free access for subcontractors and viewers. Prices start at €22 per user per month (plus VAT).
